He studied Fine Arts and began his career as an illustrator for various Argentine publications. He entered the world of animation working for Disney, Hanna-Barbera, and Don Bluth, among others, through Jaime Díaz Studios—a renowned studio where he worked as an animator. After four years working on series and films, he transitioned to advertising, collaborating with several agencies and production companies until 2001, when he founded his own production company: Bitt, which went on to become one of the leading animation and visual effects studios in South America.

Cristian took his first steps as a 3D artist at Patagonik Film Group, working on several animated feature films and series. He later worked as a VFX supervisor for some of the most prominent post-production houses in Argentina, such as Dynamo Post, Cinery, Mediabite, among others—companies that have produced over 2,000 commercials, music videos, and feature films. In 2004, he joined Bitt as a VFX supervisor, and by 2007, he became COO of the company, leading and driving its growth alongside Franco Bittolo.

While studying Marketing, Mariana crossed paths with one of the most renowned advertising directors and decided to work with him while continuing her studies. She began her career at Mania in 1995 as a production coordinator. Later, she joined the Argentine team of Salado Films and played a key role in establishing its offices in the country. She also worked at Rasti Films as an Executive Producer. Mariana joined Bitt in 2004 and has since collaborated not only in the Argentine market but also in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil.
